I had to remove the throttle plate screws and plate and carefully pull the outermost bolt ( the right end that has the spring ) outward so I could twist it forward and put the bar stop behind the back side of the carburetor (engine side ). When I had done this then it was in the same position as the original carburetor that was on my CV725S. And now it works perfectly. The assembly workers in China didn't have carb to go by idid
