    I ordered an emergency exit light box on eBay, precisely because i needed it to be florescent and the older legend. I couldn't get the screws off with anything, way to tight, anyway long story short, attempted to message the seller on eBay, nothing waited a few days still nothing so i had to go through eBay and return it still no message from seller. It is the lack of communication which made this negative. Earthed electricals please reply to private messages don't wait for negative reviews. (:
