    We're sorry that your item was missing its' stand, unfortunately you didn't reach out to us for a resolution. As liquidators, we purchase multiple truckloads of merchandise from most major retailers and apparently this item had a flaw that we were unaware of.

    This item was listed as "new without tags". The manufacturer packaging was very dirty and had a rip. There was significant staining on this protector. Fortunately, I was able to wash the stain out and the protector is fine. The seller should have remarked on the condition in the listing. The positives are: low price, free shipping, and fast shipping.

    We're sorry to hear that your item was not in "pristine" condition. As this was a new unused item we didn't open the packaging to inspect it in detail. As we are liquidators, many times items are in pallets and may become dirty from other products in the same pallet. We apologize but are happy that it worked out well for you. Our items are always priced below retail and we even offer free shipping on the majority of our merchandise.
