    Unfortunately, I received unjustified negative feedback from someone who clearly has personal issues and decided to vent on eBay. I'd never had one before. By mistake, the previous year, two tubes were sent to another customer, and they were out of stock. I tried to mediate and offer solutions. There was NEVER any communication or willingness, just SILENCE. I had to make decisions, and the best one was to refund the money. Not everyone knows how to value respect and good faith.
