    Good seller BUT he sent the item by UPS who charged me US$24 for a "Brokerage Charge" to pass along a US$6 tariff on a US$35 item!!! So I just refused delivery... but was ripped off because I never got the $35 item I paid for and ordered. BEWARE if the seller uses UPS!!!     Received a Cues chain w/o missing link, seller refunded the link's value and corrected listing description- thanks! I'd be weary of the 'backed out' pins supplied with these chains- SHIMANO says they are a no-go for reuse, so count on two fewer links and buying a pin.
