It was not what I thought it was. It won't play music off USB drive and when I decided to send it back the Company stated they won't pay for the shipping cost if I don't like it. So now I am stuck with a item I can't use. And now I have continue looking for what I need with another Company. This is sad and a loss of $36.00

Item was received in broken condition. Case was cracked. DVD flap was broken in pieces and broken parts were inside in player. The unit does not power up at all at present time. Seller was contacted and I feel scripted responses were given. Seller wants me to wait until they hear from the supplier. I don't think that is appropriate. I'd like a complete refund at this point.
