  Appalling delivery by Evri - they walked half way up the drive with the item (I could tell what it was from the packaging), then turned around and left!!!. Had already waited some time for this to arrive, which I was okay with; but to then have to wait a further 3 days due to an incompetant courier, was a pi ss take really. Otherwise, the item received was as described with no nasty knots and was pretty straight; good stuff. Can't fault the seller, just the delivery company.

  Finally positive but initially negative because of the condition of some of the post caps received. They were in three cardboard boxes all of which showed signs of water damage with a white deposit on about half of the caps due to prolonged exposure to dampness prior to posting. It could not have been due to exposure to water during delivery because the black plastic wrapping around the boxes was completely dry. The supplier resolved the situation to my satisfaction offering a refund of £10.

  Excellent service and good quality product. Very pleased with the new brushes. Thank you so much for your assistance and I will be back for more in the future. Minor point was that only 10 arrived in the combined parcel with the separate order for 1” brushes but it is fine as far as I am concerned as they were an excellent price and not worth you sending 2 more separately to complete the order. I will be coming back for more in the future when I have used these.

  Advertised as 2-3 days delivery. Took 11 days. When contacted for information the responses were both late and poor. I won't be recommending this company nor using them again. Ebay luckily offers alternative businesses who give excellent service.
