  Item was the wrong colour – seller insisted it was correct. I received the wrong colour, but the seller kept arguing it was the right one, even though it clearly wasn’t. It was frustrating having to go back and forth just to get them to acknowledge the issue. They did refund me eventually, but the whole experience was unnecessarily difficult. Would not buy from this seller again.

  The seller cancelled and refunded my order four days after it was placed. They have not tried to contact me at any time to notify me that they were unable to fulfil my order and the item is still available on their listing, so I have no idea why the decided to cancel the order.
