  Tried contacting seller about the quality of the product. I informed them that two out of the four capacitors they sent were bad. Their reply was rude and unprofessional. They even went to the extent of challenging my experience in the electronics field. The way they acted makes me suspect either they don't properly know how to test their products or don't test them period. Customer service rating is an F (-1).

  We told him to send a video or a picture, or submit a return on EBAY, but he couldn't provide it. Obviously, he is either lying or he is just being disrespectful. we can do is to add all the scammers to the blacklist.
