    Product was in fact new in box and still had the original seal in tact. I felt that it was an excellent price for this device, and I had one long ago, so I was glad to find a new replacement since they don't make them anymore. Unfortunately, as is the case with a lot of older tech like this, the battery was DOA and would not hold a charge. That isn't' on the seller at all however, and I knew the risk in advance. It seems to work when pluigged in, so I can still find a use for it.

    The buyer has not/ never reached out to us and after investigation it appears the item was sold at the beginning of 2025 leaving over 5 months since date of purchase.
