    Magazine shipped with zero support. Arrived folded with bent corners and creasing. Contacted. Seller said to ship it back for full refund. Just like the listing already stated. All completely avoidable. Complete waste of time and energy.

    We have been selling magazines for 20 years. The USPO FOLDED it. We ship in a padded bubble envelope or a box. In this case it was padded envelope. It s not our fault the Post Office folded it. Just start a return and you be issued a full refund.

    If you’ve been doing this for 20 years then you should know by now how to do it right every time by now as well. Use a box EACH time and it CAN’T be folded! Use an envelope and it can…and was. It’s YOUR fault that the USPO was ABLE to fold it! How about a simple marking such as “DO NOT FOLD?” Too much work? Stop Karen’ing about things with feedback rebuttals after the fact when you were contacted with a chance to make it right before hand. Figure out a way to make it right. Or…keep doing this.
