    Excellent communication, as described, shipping was terrible. Absolutely no fault of the seller. I will say it again, absolutely no fault of the seller. The tarp poles were shipped very quickly, shipper drug their feet. The one thing I would suggest is adding an option of shippers, even if the other than free shipping option were paid. I would have paid for the freight to not use USPS. They have time after time demonstrated how to not run a shipping/material handling service.

    Falschen Artikel erhalten weil Versandunternehmen ( Orange Connex Fulfillment?DE01 ) zwei unterschiedliche Adressaufkleber auf ein Paket geklebt hat. Rückabwicklung nur über Ebay schnell und problemlos. Deshalb und weil Verkäufer und Versender zwei unterschiedliche Unternehmen sind,grade noch ein Positiv.

    I contacted the seller and said it didn't fit and I got an email say they would give me 50 per cent off , I sent an email saying I would accept,but have not had any response!I'm very disappointed!! Why would they send an email and not respond, I've purchased a lot of goods from different sellers and have never had this problem.Why send an email saying this and not responding,it's not a good example of a seller.i would appreciate some answers.please
