    Very good communication from seller and equal customer support. The order was shipped promptly and arrived quickly. Unfortunately two of the modules were defective (not seller fault). Contacted the seller who quickly replied an asked if they would exchange the two non functional modules. The reply surprised me, they promptly offered to refund the order purchase price. Today I received notice from PayPal of the refund being processed. Many thanks, will gladly do business with you again.

    Bike mirrors arrived properly packed with no damage. Mirrors matched the vendor's description and fit properly. The vendor did a great job of providing a tracking number the very next day it was ordered! Unfortunately USPS missed their delivery time by two days. I realize the vendor has no fault in the item's late arrival and only mention this because eBay uses USPS Ground extensively and should expect better service.
