    Buyer beware. Per this seller's money back policy, we returned an advertised 'working' desktop computer that would not boot. The seller proceeded to only issue a partial refund, claiming that we physically damaged it (we literally had the computer out of the box for less than an hour to test it.) Had to involve eBay customer support to remedy. Very shady business practice.
