  Seller did not do as ad said. Charged me more on shipping than I was supposed to pay. Contacted seller hoping to resolve this, seller responded offered nothing. This is my first negative feedback in all my years on ebay. I'm NOT looking for something for free. Just wanting the 7.00 in shipping I was over Charged. Ad said if all designs are on 1 usb then you ONLY get Charged 1 shipping of 5.00. I was charged 6.00 each design and only got 1 usb.

  that is for items at regular price she got them at buy one get on free i tried to explain at that cost cost for usb drives and ebay fees to send refund would cost more than what she paid for her order

  I purchased 2 different embroidery designs. The listing said 5.00 shipping. If more than 1 design is purchased, seller would put all designs on 1 usb and charge 1 shipping fee. I paid 6.00 each design shipping and received only 1 usb. Contacted seller hoping to resolve this, seller responded that they made little money off this and offered nothing to resolve this. This is my first negative feedback in all my years on ebay. Seller owes me 7.00. Not the money, but the principal of it.
