  The item arrived damaged. The seller wanted me to keep it and glue it back together in exchange for a partial refund. It seems they tried to sell me the item already glued together. It most likely came undone during shipping. Buy from them at your own risk. I have returned the item, but they have not issued a refund. I have to wait for eBay to issue it automatically.

  Item left the store in pristine condition. Buyer wanted a refund before the item arrived. Buyer is also a repeat buyer who habitually lowballs on items to resell. When he didn’t get his way we got this feedback. Numbers don’t lie but he does. .

  It obviously wasn't in pristine condition, as you can see from the glue marks in the photo. The item was returned to the seller on the 4th. I reached out with a message asking about a refund, but he ignored me. Had he not ignored me and simply issued a refund, I wouldn't have left this feedback. Today, eBay automatically issued me a refund. The seller made this transaction more difficult than necessary. It's ironic that he accuses me of lying when he is lying in his reply to save face.
