  I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. I purchased a modem that turned out to be incompatible with my computer. When I reached out for help, instead of providing good customer service, the seller accused me of trying to commit fraud and threatened to report me to eBay. This is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. A seller should treat customers with respect and work toward a solution, not insult them. Based on my experience, I do not recommend purchasing from this seller.

  He purchased a vintage PCI modem and then he opens a return claim citing "does not match photos or description" as the reason, but then simultaneously admits that he actually needs a PCIe2 card. So this is clearly a case of buyer remorse. He purchased an incompatible item in error, but then he attempts to strong-arm us into taking a "not as described" return fraudulently, by lying, as if we made a mistake. This guy is the epitome of bad buyers who abuse the buyer protection system. BLOCK HIM! 🤡
