  The pants were shipped and packaged well. Unfortunately the pants arrived with two holes in them - not as described in the offering. Upon receipt and notice, I tried contacting the seller - no response. After 6 days of no response, I tried again contacting the seller, notifying them I was going to provide a negative review, and again no response. I have informed them that I will be returning the pants for a refund.

  No, we didn't respond because you were trying to manipulate us into giving you a refund just like you openly admitted in your feedback. You gave us a negative feedback because we didn't fall for your manipulation tactics. You messaged threatening us with negative feedback unless you were given a refund. That's feedback extortion. eBay used to remove this nonsense, but now they don't have humans working for them, it's all AI. Honest sellers need to leave this platform. It's a scammers paradise.
