However, the item I received was heavily scratched and worn — it will need a full repaint. This condition should have been clearly mentioned in the listing. He's using his chance to give us a negative review because I refused to do any more business with him. He's a con guy who baits and switches to try and get a better deal. I knew he was going to be a problem, it was my mistake to sell him anything to begin with. They made thousands of these bars and he's going to repaint these, yeah right.
