    This seller has been very helpful and generous in attempting to resolve damage to this switch, shipping a replacement without dispute. It's probable that the damage happened in transit and may therefore mostly be the courier's fault. The seller has worked with me to address my concerns and, some pre-shipment packaging observations aside (with this being a full-depth and very heavy switch), the seller has handled my concerns professionally & cooperatively.
