I sent the supplier a notification about incomplete customs clearance, I hope they fix it soon because the goods have been stuck at customs for seven weeks. They will soon be sent back and I will lose my money and the part I need. Best regards, Tuomo Nyholm

Thank you for your feedback. Please kindly note that customs authorities always contact the importer/buyer (the consignee), not the seller. As the seller, I shipped the item properly through eBay’s system, and according to Thailand Post there were no errors in the shipment. If there were any issues with customs clearance, Finnish customs should have contacted you directly to request additional information or documents. Unfortunately, this part is beyond the seller’s control
