    Ordered a Chrome camera and recieved a Silver camera. Contacted seller and they only wanted to refund $5.00. I was advised to resell it to reclaim cost. After a week of negotiated to at least half ($12.00) of cost. Seller will only refund a PayPal account. Unfortunately, I have no PayPal acct. Asked seller to send check, or some type of credit to my Ebay acct., and no response.
