Regarding my negative feedback:
Due to always having the lowest price for my items, I attract a lot of abusive buyers, that bully, make false claims, constantly complain, misuse the automated return policy, and engage in feedback extortion. These creeps know that eBay always sides with the buyer, they let their greed take over, and habitually complain about every purchase they make, knowing that some sellers give partial refunds to make them happy. I don't. I refuse to take part in any renegotiation, based on frivolous complaints. If there's a real discrepancy, I will make it right. After selling 10,000 items, I can see these scam buyers' moves, before they even make them. I always call them out for their dishonesty, and they usually retaliate by leaving negative feedback, but oddly enough, they don't seem to ever request a return, because they got a great deal. This proves my case, and I wish eBay would start taking action against them. I've been an honest seller for 5+ years.

    Ordered an irrigation controller. The seller states it was a 6-zone but in the description stated whatever the pictures were is what was being shipped. The pictures were of a 12 zone controller. Item arrived as pictured, was labeled a 12-zone controller but only 6 zones could be programmed. Took it apart and sure enough it was a 6 zone controller board placed in the body of a 12 zone controller. Very misleading. I tried to reach out to the seller but as of this moment he has not contacted me .

    Nowhere did I claim that to be anything other than a 6-zone, and there weren't any pictures showing a 12 zone. THE LISTING TITLE SAYS 6-ZONE!THE STOCK PICTURE IS OF A 6-ZONE!The body was NOT that of a 12 zone controller, and nowhere in my listing does it mention 12 zone, so there was absolutely nothing showing in my listing to lead anyone to believe there was a 12 zone involved. You messed up! You can take your bogus claim, your made-up story, and hope eBay doesn't freeze your account.
