  Seller sold counterfeit gucci pants. The pants had extremely poor sewing, multiple imperfections, ripped seams that were not mentioned in the description and a poly or poly blend fabric. The gucci tag & label seemed to indicate a counterfeit. Had to get a refund from ebay because the seller immediately rejected my return. The listing was removed by Ebay for content policy violations after I had already bought them.

  This is a typical eBay buyer scam pattern. Buyer first claimed “didn’t fit” — which is not eligible under our no-refund policy. Then refiled the case falsely claiming “counterfeit.” Listing is still active and was never removed by eBay. Gucci pants are tailor-ready and designed for hemming. Unfortunately, not everyone understands the difference between Zara and luxury tailoring.
