  The battery was still under warranty when I reached out to the seller. At first, they were responsive and did what they asked, which is to swap the old for the new, which works just fine, but it just won't hold the charge as long as it used to. I was away for business for a week and couldn't respond during that time. I attempted to contact them four to five times over the weeks but received no response. Essentially, they do not honor their warranty, and the battery never works out of the box.
