    Shorts were listed as "Excellent - No Defects" and "Drawstring Closure". They arrived without a drawstring. I contacted the seller and we discussed some options and landed on them checking to see if they had an extra. Four days went by so I contacted the seller and they said they had no extras. I offered another of our initial options of partial refund or even to buy something else at a discount but the seller never responded and I had to replace the drawstring myself.
