    Buyer beware. Easily the worst buying experience I’ve had. Listing said “quantity 10” with a photo of a full box. They sent one flimsy outlet plate for $11 plus $8.95 shipping/tax. Admitted the listing was wrong but still demanded I pay return shipping. I even offered to settle for three more but they refused.

    I'm glad this buyer left a review, now I can respond:) Buyer contacted us regarding a purchase made. He is correct, the description did say a qty of 10. Which we acknowledged was a mistake although the price reflected 1 unit. We offered a 50% refund to reflect his "valuation" of the product. He refused. Demanded more units or nothing. Even asked for a full refund intending to keep the product. We refused. In the end we paid return shipping and will be issuing a full refund. Still left Neg comm:)
