UPS charged 130$ brokerage fee. I was expecting the duties, but brokerage fee was an unwelcome surprise. Seller’s response was read the terms and conditions. My other purchases on ebay had the option to pre-pay the duties (and skip the brokerage fee). Product itself looks to be in reasonable condition. I will be building in the next few days, and will confirm that everything works then.

Our international shipping terms on every listing state "Buyers are responsible for any import fees, duties, brokerage charges, or return to sender charges that may be incurred during the shipping process." Concerns about potential import fees and costs, would have been appropriate to address before purchasing. We have no control over import fees and/or UPS brokerage fees on international transactions. Leaving negative feedback in this scenario is inappropriate and unfair. Please revise.
