  Item was just as described. I was hoping for one black and one red and got two red but the seller did tell me that the black might be out of stock even though it said 5 were available in the posting. The posting also said back break but the description said front brake. I wrote to the seller and they got back to me very fast to say it was a back break and he corrected the description. Over all I’m happy with this seller and product.

  1st time buyer! I ordered mufflers, fenders & a kickstand & all fit except the kickstand but it wasnt his fault it was mine. I should have measured. But it came in perfect condition as all my items did. They had no scratches or anything! And delivery was fast, about 7 days, so no complaints there. Super happy.   Wowza this is the coolest bike sissy bar ever. I ordered it with a seat post and both were delivered to my front door asap. Every request and question I had for this seller was answered promptly and with genuine concern for customer satisfaction. They you can’t get no satisfaction but with these guys it’s one two three … I will buy all my parts from this seller for this bike build and the next one if I last that long and the gremlins don’t get me!

  I contacted Cycle Source & told them there was a problem with the peddles they sent me. The communication was Excelent & they got rate back to me! They sent me out a new pair of peddles with all the tabs bent over properly. The new peddles are Excelent! It is very rare that a company stands behind their products like Cycle Source does, I really appreciate that! I would recommend this company to any one fixing up there bicycle & in the future I will buy from them first. THANKS SO MUCH Chris Salon
