    I finally received the product I'd been waiting for today. It arrived faster than I expected. However, upon inspecting the product, I noticed something was wrong. As shown in the attached photo, the area around the wire contact terminal was damaged, exposing the metal terminal. When I unboxed it, I noticed it had a lot of space and wobble for its weight, which was not an unfounded concern. The packaging was surprisingly simple considering it had to go through several processes over a long distan
