  PS3 game was listed as like new and a stock photo was used to hide the condition. What was sent was a dirty, stained, very used and handled game. Seller said they would correct things but never did. Looking at their page there are a bunch of games listed as like new that are very clearly extremely used. Not sure what the goal of that is.

  Im so sorry you had a bad experience. I was on vacation when notified and just simply sent the wrong copy. I would have happily sent the other copy had i remembered as soon as i returned. Simple mistakes happen, We gladly except returns and you could have simply sent back for a refund. No need to leave bad reviews without exhausting all means to allow hard working sellers to help you with thge issue.
