    The item description stated that they shipped to Puerto Rico. They processed the payment and afterwards cancelled the order because it was an “error” in their description. They did refunded the money but it took about a long time for it to appear in my account.

    hey! im so sorry about the issues! I did not have the ebay page set up properly, our supplier can not ship to Puerto Rico so we had to cancel the order, after calling ebay we were able to get our shipping figured out. I unfortunately do not have control over how long it takes the refund to get to you, that depends on the banks.
