NOT on 5/20 as seller twice stated. 5/29: Item NOT received. Seller never apologized/followed-up; Requesting an immediate refund. I have spoke to the post office sever times but can not update when I have no further information. EBAY also told you it is on its way, and that is why you have not received a refund yet.
