    Shipping and packaging were fine. The photos made it look like it was metal--especially the "filigree" and "West Germany" stamp. It is cheap plastic, and the back ring is loose. Very light and insubstantial--might hold a bandana but not a long scarf. Very disappointed in the quality of this piece.
