However the shipping process was a huge disappointment. I placed and paid for my order on 8/5, the shipping label was created on 8/6 but the package wasn’t actually accepted by USPS until 8/11. Now, the expected delivery date is 8/16 nearly two weeks after ordering. The seller’s communication in private messages came across as childish with no apology or way to make it right.
