Hello and welcome. This is my 24th year selling and buying on Ebay. As a seller I describe all items to the best of my ability. Please ensure to read the entire description before purchasing. All items are typically shipped next day and include tracking information and insurance. Items are stored in a smoke free and air-conditioned area. I sell a variety of both new and used items. All electronic equipment will be working unless described in listing as not. I work in the technology industry and began my journey with electronics at Best Buy in 1995.     I do not blame the shipping on the seller. The seller kept in touch all the way. I never bothered the seller about the shipping because I had the tracking number from the seller. Ordered 02-19-25 and received 03-07-25. USPS Florida to New Jersey to Texas to New Orleans; more than 20 facility locations before I received the package. Well-packaged by the seller. Earbuds just as described by the seller. Seller had the best value for authentic new Apple earbuds for that model. Great seller.
