This package appears to be lost. USPS tracking shows the buckle arrived in Colorado Springs on 9/06 and for some reason they sent it to Chicago where it arrived on 9/07. From this point tracking states; "In transit to next facility, arriving late" and has been stuck on this for the past 4 days. I feel it is time to initiate a claim with USPS, file for insurance and refund the purchase price plus shipping, unless you have more information. Unfortunate, because I really like the buckle.

I reacted as quickly as possible with the missing item. Not sure how I could have responded more quickly. Offered full refund and have not heard back from buyer. Made a special trip to PO, (12 miles) immediately after hearing from buyer to find out more of item's whereabouts. If it's time to initiate claim tell me and I will refund you. Leaving neutral feedback is odd to say the least.
