    The filter arrived a little dented, but I thought it was no big deal. When I installed it, the generator malfunctioned and shut down. I have no idea what's wrong with the filter because I put the old one back in and it worked just fine.

    FYI, when you sent me a message that it was dented when you received this item, I asked you to send me a picture as it was more than likely dented in shipping & I could have dealt with the situation.
