In some cases the buyer can also in the future resell the item. All this with no imports!

    Item was over 2 weeks late, usps said item was lost, seller refuses to refund, so I filed a complaint with EBay.

    Not quite the truth.i SHIPPED ASAP UPON ORDER. Package was very late for birthday gift. Stuck in SC Package was delivered late AND REFUSED. Return to sender! I told her full refund when I receive Pocket Fisherman as per Ebay policy. . after 26 years of Ebay I never refused a refund when receiving the item back. She wanted the refund before the item arrived and told me she was going to refuse it. NO That is not the way it works.
