    It should have stated it with your refund and I am sorry you did not get that message. I had just ran out of stock and could not get it back in anytime soon. Again I am sorry for this/

    FYI, the 4 LED light strings (each w/a battery box) are NOT pre-installed in each Winsock. Owner must stick the battery boxes inside the top of each Winsock (directly on the fabric) using flimsy 2-sided stickers (5/ea.) applied to each batt. box. Hoping they will hold in the heat/rain and constant motion, but who knows. Also the LED battery packs are definitely NOT waterproof, imo. The Windsocks do look nice, but hoping they won't fade. Otherwise great Seller communication and fast shipping.
