    The items were very good and a very good price if these are genuine Mercedes parts. It’s not clear from the packaging though… no Mercedes part numbers on the individual packets. The communication was good , Katie was helpful. Unfortunately the carrier was terrible. It took 12 days to arrive via Evri (why anyone uses Evri as a carrier is beyond me…). It was a tiny package, they could have been sent by Royal Mail and posted through the letter box and I would have had them within a couple of days.

    Seller cancelled the order claiming there is a problem with the shipping agent. However, on the refund seller claimed there is something wrong with my address, which is false; there is nothing "wrong" with living in Hawaii. I suspect seller did not want to honor the advertised free shipping, but regardless: seller did not honor his obligations regarding this transaction.
