  The items themselves were in mint condition and brilliantly packed, unfortunately I took the EBay delivery window at face value and purchased accordingly. Disappointingly the order took 9 days to arrive and with no tracking it was impossible to see where the parcel was

  I am pleased that you are happy with your purchase. Sadly Royal Mail Is out of our control and have slow delivery time right now. Regrettably Ebay don't adjust their estimates they state that they are just delivery estimates. We posted by the advertised service we also gave the option for a postal upgrade which was not selected.
