  So, I didn't pay close enough attention to the photos when I selected this lens, but that was entirely MY FAULT--- Other than the AS DESCRIBED bayonet being broken, the lens is perfect. The listing remarked that the autofocus didn't work, but I've found that it actually does-- Now, it might not work if you simply attach the lens as is, but I've taped it to my camera until a new bayonet can arrive, and I've been taking some great photos!

  Okay, so looking at the original listing, I think they accidentally sent a different lens. The listing photo showed a huge chunk missing from the filter ring. My filter ring is all there, but it does have a crack under the little collar with the info on it. Also, my listing didn't show pictures or mention the bayonet being almost entirely broken (Missing 2.5 of tabs used to mount the lens) That said, my lens works and the only issue is the destroyed bayonet. Still quite happy with my lens!
