    This part does not work with the 1987 honda xl600v transalp. At least the 2 they shipped me don't. No spark what so ever.

    The CDI modules shipped match the part number listed for the 1987–1988 Honda XL600V Transalp. No-spark issues can also be caused by other components such as coils, wiring, or pickup sensors. We’re always happy to assist with troubleshooting or testing steps to confirm whether the issue is with the CDI or another part of the ignition system.
