  What a dishonest seller. Items were ordered on August 6th and marked to ship out on August 9th. I had sent a reminder that the items had not been received yet. Their reply to me was that they did not have the record. And telling me if I'm still interested, they can send it to me.

  a mistake was made. i nformed the buyer that the item had not been sooed and offered to ship or refund. he asked for a refund which was made within minutes but being such a fine person he had to post a lie and call me dishonest. 25 years selling on ebay and it's people like this that make life miserable for a $ 6 item. Spiteful & miserable person. EBAY WON'T EVEN BOTHER TO REMOVE THIS VISCIOUS LIE. YOU CAN SEE WHY SELLERS ARE MOVING AWAY FROM EBAY. IT IS A HORRIBLE WAY TO TREAT SOMEONE..

  Item is a roll of teflon fabric for heat sealers. Roll was not wound on a core and loose in the box. Needed better packing. I addressed the issue with the seller. I ended up sending back a portion of the roll that was no longer useable and received a refund for that portion. The seller made it right. Thank you.
