  I received two Zebra Xplore 1X101L1 rugged tablets. One is working properly, but the other is experiencing touchscreen issues—specifically, ghost touches. To make it usable, we had to disable the touchscreen and operate it with a mouse and keyboard. I've attempted to contact the customer five times without any response. Despite the issue, the tablets were still worth the price. Both devices show no visible damage to the case or screen. The item's appearance is as shown on the eBay listing.
