I knew this item was used so I was expecting some damage but was SO pleased with the quality. It was just like new. Beautiful squishmallow that I was able to get way cheaper than in store. Amazing seller!!! Sent an email when my item was shipped. Not all sellers do this but they should. Item as described. Very well packed and the DVD played the whole movie.
