    I ordered shoes on September 4th and received them on the 13th. Unfortunately, they were too big for my wife, so I immediately requested a return that same day. Today is the 15th, and my return was denied because of a supposed cutoff on the 15th. However, your team waited two full days before even responding. It’s clear that there was never any intention of honoring the return, especially given how long shipping already took. This is unacceptable business practice, and I will make sure others ar

    Sorry you feel this way, we shipped 2 business days later per ebay's policy with priority shipping. We're not liable to have to accept the return for this issue, as it costs us time and effort for a buyer's error. Sorry again you feel this way
