  Not shipped very well, but fortunately arrived relatively undamaged. For a $100+ game, and a $10 shipping fee, I would have expected more than a jewel case in a thin cardboard sleeve. For comparison, I purchased two $20ish games elsewhere and they were sent in a large box with lots of packaging, which honestly was overkill; the opposite end of the spectrum from here. Product condition fortunately was maintained, though in these cases I tend to hope something does go wrong, just for the principle

  I apologize about your concern with shipping and fully understand it, we ship 1000s of games and have never had an issue , yours should have gone in a box I agree and I will look into why it did not and correct. sorry again but glad it arrived in good condition.
