    This was a beautiful Lladro item I was looking forward to receiving;g when purchased however sadly the seller contacted me stating when they were packing item one of the china tail feathers fell off so sadly item broken. The seller was completely honest which was appreciated and offered to either cancel order or discount sale I did request a refund which was issued very promptly without any issues. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HONEST SELLER

    Beautiful bag and great, as described. Item was shipped in a paper bag from Australia to the US, and tore; the bag was not wrapped, so glad there was not damage. Package label not taped, and part of the adhesive had come up. Part of the tape closing the bag seam had also come loose. Seller did not return a message, as item was marked shipped but no tracking number. Tracking number provided five days later.
